Having worked at three upscale salons in downtown Toronto and Yorkville area, it allowed me to establish a variety of clientele. Operating as a home-based salon, the precise address will be revealed four days prior to your appointment. For a general idea, we are situated on Victoria Park Avenue, three blocks away from Lawrence Avenue in Scarborough, ON.

Cancellation & Late Policy

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. Policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele.

RONYX HAIR STUDIO RESPECTFULLY REQUESTS A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS NOTICE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT.

FAILURE TO NOTIFY WILL RESULT IN A $25 FEE

FAILURE TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT AND/OR NO-SHOWS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY 50% OF THE SERVICES SCHEDULED.

Policy to Protect Clients

Ronyx Hair Studio values your time and feel that it is fair to honor the same policies we hold to our clients. Should Salon need to cancel on a client due to unsafe weather conditions , power outages, or other unforeseen events with less than 24 hours notice we will honor 50% off your next identical service and do all we can to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.

✨LATE ARRIVALS✨

YOUR APPOINTMENT MAY HAVE TO BE RESCHEDULED IF IT CANNOT BE COMPLETED IN THE REMAINING TIME FRAME. ALL ATTEMPTS TO RESCHEDULE IN A TIMELY MANNER WILL BE MADE. IF WE DO NOT HEAR FROM YOU 15-30 MINUTES INTO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME, IT IS CONSIDERED A "NO-SHOW" AND WILL BE TREATED AS A MISSED APPOINTMENT AND REQUIRED TO PAY 50% OF THE SERVICES SCHEDULED. TO AVOID THESE INSTANCES, PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME.

Typically, arriving 15 minutes past your appointment is too late. Keep in mind, if you are running late, it causes the salon to run behind schedule for the rest of the day. Please give the salon a courtesy call, we will work with you as best we can, or rescheduling may be an option.

If you are running more than 30 minutes late, it will be impossible to achieve your desired end result. It will be best to reschedule your appointment for a later date. A long delay makes things worse for each customer who follows, and that’s unfair to clients who arrive on time. In this case, you may be charged a $25.00 fee per service booked, and the payment must be submitted prior to re-booking.
